He is an outstanding all-around player that has team mates that doesn't want to step up with any type of games challenges.

Yes, he had turned over, but you can't blame Kobe for all the team loss because his team mates keep on passing back to him to score the points.  Then, they start to watch him get 40, 50, 60, or maybe 80 again, team mates would love that but the team's Fans will not.

They have to move the ball and they have to move not make Kobe do one - on - one play.

What can Kobe do, to get his team mates recovered from their third-period meltdown?

Despite him enforcing his wish for his teammates to fight right back..... Instead of getting on defense, team mates then engaged to shouting match.

We remember well @ dinner table hearing the old folks talking about Kobe not getting playing time until @ his 21/2 years with the Lakers and still produced number in his limited time, and all his young team mates now get more playing time almost the first day they started with the team.
