Hitting up the Buick Invitational on a day off sounds like fun right?

...Well, since attending a PGA event where El Tigre is present doesn't really accommodate to a college budget, I set out to stick it to the man today.

$15.00 Parking? Forget it.

$30.00 Admission? Forget it.

NO, I didn't see Tiger.
NO, I didn't catch a glimpse of Elin Nordegren.
BUT, I did have a somewhat fulfilling day that included blisters, walking, blisters, and walking.

In an effort to forgo paying the steep charges for parking, I chose to park at the Torrey Pines State Reserve Beach; for free.





I set out for what I thought would be a short, yet brisk nature walk through the reserve's trails and onto the course... you know, like a half mile, tops.

Oh, how I was wrong.

My short walk turned into this:

Anyway, Tiger has the lead now with a -7 on the day, and a -12 overall... and I still have blisters.
