you cant reALLY GO ON NUMBERS ALONE BECAUSE rON dayne had the best numbers of all time but i dont think he was better Bo or even Marcus Allen,Dorsett was great at Pitt and with the Cowboys andhe might be the best.

what made Bo great was he had speed, power,and stamina once he got 1 step on you he was gone

I did not get to see much of Herschel Walker, but i did see highlights. I grew up watching Bo Jackson at Auburn University, and what he did there, to me was unreal!!! Numbers are one thing, but a consistant 9 man front is crazy. if Auburn had any real offensive minded coach, Dye, Pat White should have trown a little bit; just a little because Bo in the back field. Now notice, i said 9 man front, you usually see a 8 man, but Bo faced a 9 man in the SEC of all conferences. Bo was the man, and the only highlights that are better are O.J. Simpson.
