Kirby Puckett was a great player, and I hope he gets in the hall of fame. He was the best player on the Twins world series teams (1987,1991). But misfortune set in when he had that eye injury, and it cut short a great player and a good person. Most of the time, his teams were not that good. So he had to be the difference maker.
