We are going to have a good show tomorrow. Teddy Mitrosilis cannot make
it, so we are pushing back our A.L. Central preview until Friday. In
the meantime, the show will still air in its usual time, 1:00 Eastern.
My cousin, Pete Hissey,
is expected to come on and fill in as a guest co-host. Pete is
currently in the Boston Red Sox organization, having been drafted in
the fourth round this past June. After signing in August, he reported
to the Gulf Coast League, before finishing his brief pro debut with the
Lowell Spinners in the New York Penn League. Sticking with a Red Sox
theme, Randy Booth, who writes for OverTheMonster.com, is expected to
come on as a guest to discuss Boston's recent transactions. Then Mike
Swann, of Athletics Nation, will come on to offer his take on the Jason
Giambi signing and the A's chances of competing in the American League
West in 2009.
