Due to LaMichael James’ release agreement, he is not allowed within two miles of the University of Oregon Campus.

This means that James is unable to attend classes and will potentially lose his scholarship if he is unable to obtain enough credits.

It is acceptable for student-athletes who are unable to attend class to make arrangements with professors to complete coursework according to Oregon’s director of compliance.

However, if James is unable to make arrangements it is likely that he will be unable to earn enough credits to remain eligible for the 2010 football season.

Sunday was the last day to drop classes for Oregon’s winter term.

If James falls short of the 36 necessary credits he would have to potential to play

After becoming only the second team in modern history to finish the season 14-0, (Ohio State in 2002 and Alabama became the 3rd team in the National Championship Game) the Boise State Broncos look to have a ton of momentum heading into the 2010 college football season.

Boise State is returning more starters than any other team in the country. Their only significant losses are tight end Richie Brockel and cornerback Kyle Wilson. Quarterback Kellen Moore will be returning after being named WAC Offensive Player of the Year and First-team All-WAC. More threw for 39 touchdowns and just three interceptions. The Broncos will also bring back two all-conference wide receivers, an all-conference running back and an offensive line that surrendered the fewest amount of sacks in the country

The 2009-10 College Football Season has come to a close. Over the past month, college football fans were treated to thirty-four bowl games. The bowl season is often the most exciting time of the year as it provides one last opportunity for us to watch our favorite teams. For those of you who may have missed a bowl, or just want to relive it, the summaries of all thirty-four bowl games are here:

New Mexico Bowl: Fresno State vs. Wyoming

Fresno State was supposed to win this game behind the rushing attack led by Ryan Matthews. However, Wyoming stole the show by containing Matthews and winning 35-28 in double overtime. The turning point of this game came in the first overtime when the Bulldogs had first and

College football fans wait all year for Bowl Season and it is finally upon us. This year there are 34 bowls which will be featuring five undefeated teams.

New Mexico Bowl: Fresno State vs. Wyoming

Wyoming coach Dave Christensen is the only first-year Mountain West coach to get his team into a bowl game. However, his great season will end with a loss as Fresno State should run all over a Wyoming defense that is allowing 170 rushing yards per game.

St. Petersburg Bowl: UCF vs. Rutgers

Since these two teams look even on paper, it would be easy to take UCF because they are playing at home. However, Rutgers has played against better

It took until the final week of the regular season, but the Pac-10 Conference finally has a champion. Congratulations to the University of Oregon Ducks and good luck in the Rose Bowl.

Oregon State @ Oregon: This year’s Civil War not only lived up to the hype, but it surpassed it as well. On a Thursday night with the whole nation watching, the Oregon schools put on a show. In the end the Ducks high-octane offense was to much for the Beavers to handle as the Beavers failed to make crucial stops late in the fourth quarter. LaMichael James struggle in the first half, but broke loose after halftime and rushed for a career high three touchdowns and over 150 yards in the 37-33 victory.

Arizona @ USC: The Wildcats went in to Los Angeles and upset the 18th

Week 14 will finally decide the Pac-10 champion. There are two conference games on Saturday, but all eyes will be on the game on Thursday night that features the Ducks and the Beavers.

Oregon State @ Oregon: The Beavers will visit the Ducks with Rose Bowl implications on the line. For the first time in the 113 years of the Civil War, the winner will be the conference champion. Both teams had bye weeks last week, giving them a little extra time to prepare for the Thursday night showdown. The Beavers have been good at stopping the run all year long, but the Ducks offense presents challenges that Oregon State has yet to face. With the Autzen Stadium crowd at full force, the Ducks should pull this game out and get the victory. However, Oregon State will be looking for revenge because

Week 13 games turned out exactly as expected, but the games were more drama filled and exciting than I thought they would be. Even though the games went exactly as planned, there were two games that were very close to becoming thrilling upsets.

Arizona @ ASU: The Sun Devils fell behind early and were down 14-0 at half, but suddenly the team that could not move the ball all year found a spark and was able to tie the game at 17 on a fourth down conversion late in the fourth quarter. The Sun Devils gained all momentum and forced the Wildcats to punt with just over a minute left in regulation, but punt returned Kyle Williams was unable to decide whether to fair catch the ball or just let it bounce. The hesitation cost the Sun Devils the football game as the ball bounced off

Week 13 is actually a fairly boring weekend in the conference. There are two rivalry games and one non-conference game, but there is nothing substantial on the line. If it weren’t for the fact that there are two rivalry games, there would be virtually no storylines.

Arizona @ ASU: This year’s territorial cup will feature two teams coming off disappointing losses. ASU is in the middle of a horrific losing streak in which nothing seems to go right. The Wildcats are coming off a devastating overtime loss to Oregon. While this game will be a home game for the Sun Devils, it is hard to imagine them pulling off the upset. U of A should have a fairly easy time with their rivals.

Washington State @ Washington: This year’s apple cup features two

Entering the weekend four teams had a shot at winning the conference and earning a trip to the Rose Bowl, but after Saturday’s action there are only two teams remaining and they are both from the state of Oregon. Saturday was a really good day or the conference. The Big Game was a thriller that came down to the final minutes and the Oregon-Arizona game went into double overtime and lived up to all the hype that surrounded it.

Oregon @ Arizona: Wow. The winner of this game gained complete control of their schools Rose Bowl hopes and Jeremiah Masoli proved that he was willing to do whatever it took in order to ensure that Oregon would get the win. The Oregon quarterback was nothing short of miraculous in a double overtime win in which he rushed for three touchdowns

College Gameday will be on a Pac-10 campus for the second time this year. Kirk, Lee, and Chris will be in Tucson, Arizona to watch the Ducks take on the Wildcats in a game that will more than likely decide who represents the Pac-10 in the Rose Bowl.

11Oregon @ Arizona: This is the game of the week in the conference. Whoever wins this game has total control of the Pac-10. Arizona will be looking to rebound following a loss to Cal last weekend. The Ducks are coming off a win over ASU, but will be looking to avenge their 2007 loss in Tucson where Dennis Dixon tore his ACL and Oregon’s National Championship Hopes were lost. Arizona is infamous for November upsets at home, but they will fall short
