The Redskins have been searching for middle linebackers ever since I can remember.
They took Jeremiah Trotter away from the Eagles (of course, he's back in Philly for the past three seasons) and then gave Marvcus Patton a ton of money.
Now it's 32-year-old London Fletcher of the Buffalo Bills.
The Rams thought London was washed up after their 2001 Super Bowl run. Well, five years later he is collecting once gain. The best thing about Fletcher is that he's started 96 consecutive games at middle linebacker over the last six seasons; a very remarkable accomplishment at such a punishing position.
