OMG! Do we have two, TWO new members? How lovely! Chime in, please. I'm a newbie too but I feel like the freaking secretary of protocol. I get real tired of only seeing my own posts. So, welcome. I'm sure it's not my job to do that, and I've stepped on someone's toes, but that would be okay too because at least I'd get a response. I'm apparantly also self-appointed cheerleader in general. I'm noisy and love my teams though. S'all good. Whad'ya think about Pats and Ravens? Well, GOOOO PAAAATTTS!
Aha new person! So glad to hear from you. I'm also a Boston fan forever--transplanted from Maine to Arizona--Bath ME to Cottowood AZ to be precise. Where are you? I'm not up on the Sox at the moment but, as you know, just being from the area makes Ted a baseball God. It was crazy when D-backs were in the Series and then Schilling went to Boston. And speaking of Brady and Pats, I think they'll be okay, he's been through a lot and to come back at all shows what heart he has. If he's finished (I'll be surprised), I'll still be impressed with the player he was. If he's gonna make it, than wha-hoo all over again. Pats forever, and either way, Brady's already in that "league of their own". Again, great to get to talk to you. Oh, and I just can't seem to help picturing Brady as a coach some day.
Hi all. New member. I'm in Arizona, but have been a life long fan, from Medford, wish I was still there. I've traveled all over and every BoSox game I go to, there is a ton of fans, we are every where. Boston sport fans are the best, the most knowledgeable of any other sports fan. I am proud to be Pats and Sox fan, it wasn't always like that. I never denounced them when they were bad, never jumped ship, I've always stuck with them thick or thin. As a kid I went to Harvard Stadium to watch the Pats, and saw Ted Williams hit a home run when I was five in his last year with the Sox. This is my first blog, I am looking forward to talking with Beantown fans. Go Sox, I'm not sure they can go all the way this year. The Wildcard slot is better than nothing, but the Pinheads look pretty good, for now. I Know the Sox have the talent to go all the way, but I'll cross my fingers just the same. I hope Brady snapps out of the funk he seems to be in, he is too good to play just average. I don't seem to remember the last time the Pats got rid of so many players as they have done in the past couple of years. No matter what, win or lose, I will always be a fan.
Today's game was more like it. Not that it was yet the Brady and Pats of old, but at least the rust is coming off, it's a little less confusing and things might be shaping up. Good win, gentlemen! Ever your devoted fan.
Hi new person. We don't get much in the way of chatting here, don't know why. Hope you'll speak up. I drop in often to see if anyone has stumbled in. If there's a better attended group for the Pats somewhere, I'd love to know. Maybe someone will jump in here and save me. For--what?--93 members, it's pretty lonely.
Tomorrow is a pretty big game. And you love 'em, WRITE? Well, I will, then. Love the Patriots! Go guys!
