Jason Marquis and Me...

This week I go over some mechanics with Cubs' pitcher and Staten Island native Jason Marquis...he listens intently

I had to thank Jason for the time I was in St. Louis and was mistaken for him by one of his female fans...They love their baseball in St. Louis

The Look of A Guy That Couldn't Be Less Frightened...

My challenge of a duel to the death is not accepted (much to the dismay of everyone on my crew)...not even me going into my attack position changed his mind

He should consider himself lucky that he didn't have to face my crane technique

Cubs skipper Lou Piniella watches BP - over 60 years old and I'm 100% positive he would beat me down like a red-headed stepchild in a fight

You couldn't go to Dodger Stadium and not have a Dodger Dog -- I load mine up with some onions, relish, mustard and jalapenos

Just be careful -- the jalapenos have a life of their own
