After the Red Wings beat the P-red-ators last night I rocked to "1984" by Van Halen.   So who will LGRW rock to tonight? Rush.  The greatest three man band ever. They are from Toronto, Canada.   Hockey and music are spectacular combinations like beer and pizza, wings and sports with friends, and lasagna with wine.  Sport is important to the recipie of fun.  (I put P-red-ators intentionally because when Nashville fans cheer "Lets' Go Predators" they say- Red.)

  My favorite song by Rush is "Spirit of Radio."  The song merges caribbean and rock music.

So as I partake in the hockey game and really kick back with the Sherwood hockey stick autographed by Ray Bourque and watch the Red Wings and Chris Chelios stand up to the NHLPA.  Rush and "Tom Sawyer" come to mind when I will read the outcome of the investigation of Ted Saskin and the NHLPA.
