Ryan Newman sits 30 points outside the top 12 in the NASCAR Nextel Cup standings, one place below a berth in the Chase.

Greg Biffle is in 16th place in the standings, four from a Chase spot. Casey Mears is in 17th in the standing.

But all three of these drivers are included in our Power Rankings this week.

Do these guys have a shot at cracking the top 12? Should they be in the Power Rankings, whether they can make the Chase or not?
