I've been talking to friends about overhyped younger players, and the names Cole Hamels, Chris Young and Delmon Young came up a couple of times. I haven't noticed them going earlier than the ninth or 10th round in the drafts I've seen. Besides, the Young twins have speed to burn, and that skill isn't usually prone to slumps.
