Although I'm not amongst the finalists in the competition, I wanted to write a top ten list.  So I combined two of the things that I love the most, women and football, and came up with the top ten 2005 NFL Cheerleading Squads.  Looking at all the pictures of beautiful cheerleaders around the NFL was a tough task, but such are the sacrifices I make for the benefit of my readers.   Well, here's the list.  Enjoy! 

 TOP 10 2005 NFL CHEERLEADING SQUADS

10.  WASHINGTON REDSKINS

This squad features very attractive women.  But what really got my vote for them is that the squad includes two fellow Puerto Ricans.  They're beautiful and proof of Puerto Rican beauties.  Check them out, Arlene and Sigrid (featured here.)  

9. New Orleans Saints - SAINTSATIONS

Besides being a group of beautiful women, this squad had the toughest challenge of the season.  Making people enjoy a football game after a tragedy like Hurricane Katrina is not easy.  The plays in the field are not enough for the people affected by the hurricane to leave their problems behind.  I'm sure The Sainsations helped the fans to forget the hurricane, as well as the Saints problems in the field.

8.  New England PATRIOTS

Let's face it, Tom Brady is not the only valuable member of the Patriots.  Unfortunately, the weather doesn't always allow these beautiful women to use all of their talents to the maximum.  This squad definitely make anyone root for the Patriots. 

7.  Denver BRONCOS

Simply put, this squad exemplifies what excellent diversity at work should be.  To make my point I just have to say three names: Kendra Padilla, Erica Weston, and Tiler Wilkerson. Take notice Corporate America.  

6.  Miami DOLPHINS

I always wondered why the Dolphins still had fans after Dan Marino left.  Now I know.  This squad demonstrates the beauty of South Florida.  Besides being cheerleaders, most of them attend Florida Atlantic University.  Don't be surprised if applications to attend Florida Atlantic drastically increase after this blog.  Who would study surrounded by this girls?  My Best In Squad Award for the Miami Dolphins goes to Jaime.

5.  Indianapolis COLTS

The Colts break into the top 5 with a powerhouse team.  Coach Dungy certainly has as good of a team outside of the field as he does inside the field.  Unfortunately no picture of the whole squad was available.  Yet, I think Whitney (here shown) is a great representative for the squad; and she's a rookie.  The future looks amazing for the Colts.

4.  Philadelphia EAGLES

Fly Eagles fly in the road to LINGERIE!  That's right, my fellow Americans.  The Eagles cheerleaders made the first lingerie calendar in the NFL.  The football team didn't have a good season, which was more about the T.O. novel than anything else.  Yet, the cheerleaders gave us a great gift this season. 

No picture of the whole squad was available, but Corrine (shown below) exemplifies the beauty featured in this squad.  I'm not an Eagles fan, but I must say ... E-A-G-L-E-S, EAGLES!!!  

3.  Dallas COWBOYS

It would be a sin to talk about NFL cheerleaders without mentioning the Dallas Cowboys.  This squad has been full of beauty throughout the years.  I would just LOVE to have the toughest job in the world for one day and select some girls for this squad.  The Lonestar State is home of beautiful women, and this squad makes sure they portray that. 

It's difficult to chose the most beautiful woman in this squad.  But, in my opinion, either Tricia Adams or Melissa Rutigliano very well could be the most beautiful Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader. 

2.  Tampa Bay BUCCANEERS

If you're an avid reader of my blog, which makes you a liar , then you know I'm a Bucs fan.  BUT this squad is not number two in my list because I'm a fan of the team.  If that was the case, then they would be number one.  They're number two because they deserve it.  This cheerleading squad has amazingly beautiful women.  A picture is worth a thousand words. 

Although this cheerleading squad is number two on my top ten list, it includes my 2005 NFL Cheerleader MVP.  And the winner is (drum roll) ...  Jessica Diaz (shown below).  This girl fascinates me.  There's nothing sexier to me than a girl with a beautiful smile and sexy eyes.  If on top of that she can dance and has a Latino background, then she's EXTREMELY beautiful.  That's why Jessica Diaz ends up being my MVP.  Unfortunately, I don't know her to present her the award personally, but if you do then tell her to give me a call.  

And the number one 2005 NFL Cheerleading Squad is ...

THE CAROLINA PANTHERS TOPCATS

Although beautiful women compose this cheerleding squad, I must admit that other squads have more attractive cheerleaders.  But this squad wins the top position on my list due to the infamous incident that took place this season when the Panthers visited the Bucs.  As may of you might remember, allegedly two of the cheerleaders of this squad were caught in a sexual act in the restroom of a local bar, and then started a fight with another patron of the bar.  The cheerleaders involved in this act disgraced the Topcats cheerleading squad, but gave us great mental pictures.  For that and much more, they earned the Topcats the number one spot on my list. 

Also, congratulations to the Topcats on their 10th anniversary.  Please protest to the team, as did T.O., for not acknowledging such important event in the middle of a game. 

Hope you enjoyed the list.  I must say that this list is free of plagiarism, and that no cheerleader was harmed in the process of writing this blog.  Also, to my female readers, this blog was in no way an attempt to showcase women as sexual objects.  This blog was rather an attempt to compliment those beautiful women that make each NFL football game even more enteraining.
