Does anybody remember a post I did a while back? It was called "Top Ten Uniforms I Hope Never Change." Coming in at number 3 was the San Diego Chargers. They had one of the coolest uniforms in the NFL. Well, guess what happened? The Chargers changed them!

What do these new uniforms look like? You can check out this link to get a glimpse of them. They now have a white helmet, the numbers are skinnier with rounded edges, and it basically looks like another attempt at being trendy while incorporating a look from the past. They also have a powder blue alternate in the same design as the regular home and away jerseys, which I guess is good news for all the people who liked the throwbacks they wore.

While I'm glad their new uniforms weren't a complete overhaul, I certainly don't think they're an improvement. First they fire Marty Schottenheimer, now this. I have to wonder what's going on with this franchise.
