Now, according to our Resident Vegas Handicapper, Tiger Vidmar, and several political/sports sites, the winner of the Redskins game has determined the election the past 17 ELECTIONS! Meaning, that the current party in power wins the election ONLY if the Redskins do. Now, since our current President, George Bush is a Republican, that means that if the Redskins win, the incumbent party stays in power. However, if they lose, the opposite of the two major presidential parties takes power. Of course, McCain is Republican and Obama is Democrat.
So, here is what the situation looks like:
Pittsburgh (Obama) at Washington (McCain) = Pittsburgh Steelers win the game, Barack Obama wins the election, and I guarantee both of them.
Enjoy your Sunday! And make sure you get out there and vote this Tuesday! Your Vote Counts!
