The Offseason Conference Rundowns are underway. I’m going to try and do as many leagues as possible before July hits. It began yesterday with the ACC and continues today with the America East:

AMERICA EAST OFFSEASON RUNDOWN
ALBANY – Will Brown’s staff hasn’t changed and no one will transfer in or out. The Great Danes will play in the Legends Classic, likely in the Georgia Tech pod, and also have non-league games at Xavier and on the road against Siena.
BINGHAMTON – I’m not really sure if anyone if working over there. I’ve left a couple of messages for the sports information department as well as a voice mail and e-mail for the coaching staff. What I do know is that Mark Macon is the interim coach and Don Anderson remains on staff. There are also plenty of transfers: Greer Wright, Kraidon Woods (Drake), Kyrie Sutton, Dylan Talley, Pina Guillaume and Paul Crosby (Mississippi Valley State).
BOSTON UNIVERSITY – Pat Chambers has replaced Orlando Vandross (Charlotte) with Dwayne Killings, who was in the NBDL and previously the director of basketball operations at Temple. The Terriers will play in the Villanova pod of the Preseason NIT and have non-league contests at Kentucky (11-30), against St. Joe’s (12-21), against La Salle (12-9) and at UMass (12-31). Scott Brittain transferred out and will likely go back to Canada to play.
HARTFORD – New Hawks coach John Gallagher retained Drew Dawson and Chris Gerlufsen, promoted Jason Ivey and hired Brian Glowiak as the director of basketball operations. Hartford won’t play in any tournaments and will have non-conference contests at Florida State (12-5) and at Cal (12-28). Clayton Brothers was set to transfer, but will stay at Hartford – and Genesis Maciel – who decided to leave after the first semester – will return.
MAINE – Ted Woodward’s staff remains the same and the Black Bears won’t play in any tournaments this year. Maine will have road non-league games against Penn State and UMass. Two players – Jerrell Boswell and Ryan Martin (Keene State) – transferred out of the program.
NEW HAMPSHIRE – Bill Herrion’s staff hasn’t altered and the Wildcats will play in VCU’s tournament. UNH also has non-conference games at UConn (11-30) and at URI (12-18). Russell Graham is transferring to East Stroudsburg while Patrick Konan is transferring in from Liberty.
STONY BROOK – Steve Pikiell didn’t have any changes on his staff and no one transferred out of the program. The Seawolves won’t be in any tournaments and will have games in the non-conference at UConn (11-12), at Notre Dame (12-19) and at Cornell (1-8).
UMBC – Randy Monroe’s staff remained the same, but there were a few transfers. Chauncey Gilliam left for Akron and Shawn Grant landed at Foothills Junior College in Calif., while George Washington guard Travis King transferred into the program. The Retrievers have non-league games at UConn (12-4 or 12-5), at Notre Dame (12-22) and at Duquesne (12-27).
VERMONT – Coach Mike Lonergan lost assistant Matt Hahn to Robert Morris and will move up Matt O’Brien from director of basketball operations. The Catamounts won’t play in any tournaments and have non-league games against BYU (12-8) in Glen Falls and road games against Siena (11-13), Fairfield (12-20) and Iona (12-22). Garvey Young transferred out of the program.
