Tyler Hansbrough won't even go through the process.

The North Carolina junior big man announced he will return for his senior season, while sophomores Ty Lawson and Wayne Ellington will both test the NBA waters but do not intend to sign with agents.

This should make the Tar Heels the preseason No. 1 team in the country - as long as either Lawson or Ellington return.

Let's say Lawson decides to leave. Here's the lineup in Chapel Hill:

C - Hansbrough
PF - Deon Thompson
SF - Marcus Ginyard
SG - Wayne Ellington
PG - Bobby Frasor

Then you've got Danny Green returning as the top sixth man in the nation, freshman point guard Larry Drew backing up Frasor, and plenty of depth along the frontline with Alex Stepheson, Tyler Zeller and Ed Davis.

If Ellington decides to remain in the draft, the Tar Heels should still be the favorites:
