Syracuse freshman forward Donte Greene will sign with an agent, according to a source close to the situation.

The skilled 6-foot-10 Greene averaged 17.7 points and 7.2 rebounds this season while shooting 35 percent from long distance.

The school put out a news release saying he was declaring, but did not expand on whether or not he would sign with an agent.

The source said he has not selected an agent yet, but will go through that process in the next week.
