Today is the one-year anniversary of when I first joined the FOX Sports NASCAR community. When I was first getting started, I planned just to test the waters and see what this place was like. I didn't know that I would meet so many great friends and become a part of an extended family.
Another thing I love about this community is that it is unique and original. Every blogger has his or her special post done for each racing weekend. Every blogger expresses his or her feelings and gives great analysis about current issues in the sport. Whether it's rating the race, telling The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, keeping us up-to-date with Right Sides Only, etc.
I think all of this blogging has also helped me to become a better writer. Ever since I started doing The Speeding Bullets each week, my essay grades in English class have also shot up. That's why my parents tell me to blog on... lol.
It's nice to have a place to talk NASCAR with people who love racing
just as much as I do. I can talk with my buds at school about any other sport,
but this is my NASCAR home...
