It happened again!  A tie in the spread gives the points to the losing team.  WTF?

I've been going back and forth with "Adam" from their support department for the past three days now, and he has yet to give me an answer on how they can let this score stand.  All he can tell me is why HOU didn't get the win.  Nothing about their logic on why SF gets the win.  This scoring is completely contradictory to the rules they lay out on their website.  "If picking the UNDERDOG, that team must lose by LESS than the value of the point spread."

This is creating big problems for my group.  If they fail to resolve this issue, I will never do any Fantasy league (pick'em, fantasy football, etc..)with FoxSports again.

I will continue filing complaints until this is resolved, and hope that you do too.

thnx lof,

i have filed my complaint....the losing team in a tie point spread should not be awarded the pick nor any bonus points attached.  BTW, I had SF but want to be fair to the people in my group.
Giveth yarself to the DARKSIDE

I'm surprised this issue isn't creating more of a stir.  Not much action on these message boards.  If you read this and have the same problem in your entry or league please file your complaint via "site feedback" at the bottom of the screen.

Where does it mention a push in the rules?  I filed a complaint and the response I got was "There are no pushes in the FOXSports.com Pick'em game."  This is ridiculous.

This is straight from the rules....
"Point Spread
A point spread is the predicted scoring difference between a game's two opponents. If picking the favorite, that team must win by more than the value of the point spread. If picking the underdog, that team must lose by less than the value of the point spread. Remember, under this format the "winning" team in Pro Football Pick'em may sometimes be the team that actually lost the game."

Those picking SF are being credited with the win, yet they did not lose by LESS than the value of the point spread.

The playing rules states that a tie in the point spread pick is a push, thus, a loss to both the winning and losing team.  Why is the losing team getting the win?
