This most likely is occurring because you are using a bookmarked or copied link to access your FOX Fantasy Football account. The best and most efficient way to resolve this issue is to first sign out of your FOX Sports account. After this, please clear your browser’s cache and cookies. (If using Mozilla Firefox, go to the ‘Tools’ drop down menu found in the top left hand corner of the browser, then select ‘Clear Recent History’, make sure ‘Browsing & Download History’, ‘Cookies’, and ‘Cache’ are checked, and then hit ‘Clear Now’. If using Internet Explorer, go to the ‘Safety’ drop down menu found in the top right hand corner of the browser, then select ‘Delete Browsing History’, make sure ‘Temporary Internet files’, ‘Cookies’, and ‘History’ are checked, and then hit ‘Delete’) After this is completed, please close out your browser.
