Pacing is your total innings pitched. Your league has a minimum number of innings you have to pitch and a maximum number of innings you are allowed to pitch. Pacing keeps track of how many innings you pitch and what you'll end up with in theory if you continue at that rate. If you are pacing under than at some point you have to play some more pitchers who are [itching to add to your innings total. Pacing over means you are pitching too many innings and need to cut back on your pitchers. Better to be under at this point and start to add another starter or 2 per week or pick up a couple more relievers to get some more innings. Look at your pacing or league settings to see what the minimum and maximum are, if you are in a head to head league or a league with no minimum or maximum than you can use all the pitchers you want. Otherwise you need to adjust your pitching staff to pick up the pace of the amount of innings pitched. A moderator or your commissioner can take a look at your specific league and advise you better on how many more innings you should be pitching. If you do not pitch enough innings or go over you will be penalized or disqualified in your league. Hope that helps!
