I attempted to send an email through our League Emailing to a particular owner to present the possibilities of trade talk between the two of us.  After I submitted the message, an error popped up.  It read "YOUR EMAILING ABILITIES WERE LOCKED BY THE COMMISSIONER."

Why would this happen?  Some of the owners have hidden email addresses.....Is there any other way to contact them except through this emailing system!
