So your question has changed since you first brought things up. I looks like you now are thinking about the keeper issue over the season results. If so, I would probably get and keep Cabrera based on his skills, consistency, and productivity.
The main question is his consistency, mainly his health, condition, and then focus. He

i am very aware of grienke's stats. and no this trade has not happened yet. i am just thinking that the other pitchers that i have can still keep me close to the top in pitching categories. and Cabrera would boost me up in all hitting categories. anybody have an opinion???? i think if i had to start a draft today and both Greinke and Cabrera were on the board i would take Cabrera. but i dont know what to do.

Did you make a move with Grienke? He's currently 8-1 with an ERA just over 1 (1.10 to be exact) and a WHIP under 1 (.90 if you didn't know). I'm keeping him on my teams.

Ya, Cano is my util right now and papi is on the bench every night, and probably dropped soon. i wont move grienke unless i get a big hitter. one of my friends has asked me if i would be interested in Miguel Cabrera for him. Since we keep four players each year i think he would be hard to pass up if he is serious about trading him. that would put fielder as my util, and cabrera as my 1B. Then my four keepers would look like 1B - Cabrera , 2B Pedroia, 3B Longoria and either Braun, BJ Upton, Fielder or Billingsley. I think i would be in great shape for a long time.

Pitchers - SP Grienke, Billingsley, Peavy, Lester, Liriano, Price
RP - Qualls, Lindstrom, Gonzalez, Bruney
1st - Fielder, 2nd - Pedroia and Cano, 3rd - Longoria, SS - Theriot, OF - Braun, Upton, Elsbury, Quentin, UTIL - Ortiz, C - Barajas, Weiters
Any ideas for trades? I am #1 in almost all pitching categories but hitting is keeping me from the top. I am second last in hits and last in average and poor in HR's. Should I move a guy like Grienke to boost offence or wait for it to happen? I can keep four of these players for next year. Any ideas?
