It depends on your teams' needs, more so who your 2nd baseman is, but after glancing at this, I would not want to trade for Holliday. Holliday went from arguably the best hitters ballbark to the worst. Be patient with Ichiro, he will produce. Atkins has more value than Pence because of the positions that he can play. Soria and Nathan are both top 5 closers who are equal in value. Bay will give you solid numbers throughout the year, but the meat and potatoes from this trade belongs to Utley. He is a difference maker. He is probably the 3rd best 2nd baseman out there. Once Philly starts producing, his numbers will go up.

All in all, it depends on who your 2nd baseman is. I probably would not do it, because this year, there are a lot of 2nd baseman options out there. Bonafacio is a good option, Uggla, Phillips, etc... If you can find one of these guys, that would be a better option for you.
