We'll show you guys how to beat Philly here in few days.
I told myself today that I wasnt gonna come over here and kick you while you are down.........but I couldnt help myself.
Dont worry i'll be rooting for Philly to kick ur **** on SNF.I'm gonna love watching yall beat the crap outta each other.
I know, I just hope we come out healthy. When I saw it was a Sunday night game I almost crapped myself. I love when Dallas plays NFC East opponents on Sunday or Monday nights.
On the 7th day, God made the Dallas Cowboys.

OMFG YES! Spags didn't just bring Philly's defense here. He tweaked the hell out of it, until it looked like a very different defense. Philly used a lot more 5 man fronts than Spags did, Philly played far more cover zeros than Spags did, Philly was overall far more aggressive than Spags was. The genius of Spags' defense was in its disguise, and the ability to confuse the offense just enough to force a hurried throw, a breakdown in protection, hesitation that led to a sack, etc. We may miss Dave Degugielmo just as much. He was 1 of our offensive line coaches last year who departed for the Dolphins who's run game has improved a great deal this year while ours has definately suffered.

I don't blame Eli, when I was watching the game the one thing I kept hoping was that the Giants would not run the ball. To me, when watching them play when they keep pounding the ball it dictates what the D must do, it seems they got away from it sunday. Even though Jacobs was only getting 3-4 yards per carry it would only be a matter of time before he starts breaking off big runs. Then the defense has to change up and Eli can start hitting receivers who have a better chance of being open. Just IMO. The defense, do you think the loss of Spagnuolo has any effect? When the Eagles came out running the ball they didn't seem to adjust quick enough.

Found this & thought it was pretty good & agree with this guy. What do u think?
I have coached for 33yrs both hs and division III college, I do not profess to know all about the game but believe I have gained some knowledge over the years.
First it is a known fact that QB's get too much credit for wins and too much criticism for losses, that being said here is what I have observed with this team since last year.
Offensively: There is no creativity we are still doing what we did when we won the superbowl. Offense should be created around the abilities of your players. Personally I don't see this being done. Eli's strengths are not taken advantage of, Bradshaws speed and pass catching ability are non exisistent (screens, swing passes, release him down fiield, why not put both Jacobs and Bradshaw in the backfield at the same time. The use of motion lets an OC get an idea of how the defense adjust and can call plays that take advantage of the adjusment - do the Giants even use motion. QB's have to get into a rhtythm offensively, with the play calling we have there is none, in fact there seems to be no rhyme or reason for what we do. KG does nothing to establish either the run or the pass. We have speed, we have an excellent offensive line, we have two very good running backs, an excellent QB with smarts, and a group of talented receivers who each have special talents but nothing has been done to eploit them. We are still running Plaixco pass routes. Our offense has not been tweek since TC took over, perhaps he is too stubborn. Eli plays much better with a quick tempo like his brother, drew breeze, tom brady, but KG is so freaking slow in getting plays in - the terminology must be incredible. Perhaps that is why he has been fired so many times.
Moving on, the defense is dictated by the offense. With all the three and outs we have are defense has rarely had a chance to catch their breath and right back out on the field. Our inexperienced DC has not helped matters but neither have some of our veterans in particular AP, he has lost his ability to play consistently every down and offenses know that. We are very vanilla defensively and offensively. This is a TC trait. The game is changing and keeps changing and perhaps if the Giants are going to get better change is needed. I am not a proponet of 70 yr old coaches - they need to get out and be replaced. Dinsoaurs are extinct for a reason.
Don't blame Eli, or the players completely, yes they have to excute but they also have to believe in what is being done offensively and defensively and I don't think that is happening. Our players are playing like they question every play call and playing to get coaches fired.
I get sick watching us play from a coaching standpoint, we could be so much better and yet we show know improvement. This my friend's lies with the coaching staff - beginning with the head coach. Are ask you this what changes have you seen made since day 1

That was a horror show yesterday & that **** was scarier then any movie i saw this weekend.
This team looks horrible right now,Eli passes were nowhere near on the mark couldn't do anything right & if ur a NYG fan 5-3 dont matter its time to worry. The NYG deserve to be in the bottom of the division the way they been playing the last 3 games in a row & i just dont nowhere this teams fire is. The sense of urgency on O ur losing & u need to get down the field to score just wasn't there.
This dont even look like the same team we saw in recent yrs.The play calling, execution, its just all around awful.I cant even pick a bright spot being we got out played in all 3 phases of the game.Philly dominated the game & this is one for the ages in the Eagles-NYG rivalry 40-17 this was an **** kicking all day long.
NYG is just not a good team right now thats all there is too it.We got some injuries in the D-Backs,but that is no excuse for how poor we are playing everywhere else. They are just not doing anything right & i think its time to worry where our season is going.Injuries or no injuries there are some good players on this team & should be preforming much better then this. All the talent & potential in the world dont mean jack **** if u dont execute & play well which NYG has not done some we are not a good team period & that better change.
I dont know what happen the last 3 weeks. We played some good teams, but we are not this bad & there is no excuse for this.If we dont come out with the win VS SD this week i gotta say this is gonna be 1 horrible season ahead of us cause were at the half way mark & it dont look good. There are so many ? marks,so many things that need to be addressed & i gotta say i liked Sherdian D early on,but it looks like he is getting out coached. He is not doing the things we need to do to compensate for our weakness & it seemed Philly was always a step ahead of us.On O there are so many things u can point out that are bad,but damn it Killdrive, where is the urgency & whats with the play calling???Ur down by 20 & ur still running the ball (dont get me wrong i wanted to see us run it more),but there comes a time for everything & were late in the game trying to crawl back in it & no sense of urgency. We are snapping the ball at the last second & calling the same plays C'MON MAN! How many pitch outs to BJ & screens u gonna run?
The AZ game we had a chance to win,but this was like the Saints game not even close. Before halftime we crawled back in it & got with in 10,then a fumble all the garbage & Philly scores 2 TD's in like a min.I felt like putting up my crow pic at halftime i really did. They need to execute, regardless of who we played before (& i dont care what u haters say) they were executing before. There were open WR's that Eli just over/under threw, catches that should have been made not being made, blocks being missed, tackles the TACKLING today was atrocious, its just terrible & thats poor executing. Whether ur playing the best/worse team in the league ur not gonna win if u dont get those things done.
For some reason NYG the last 3 weeks just stop doing those thing & are not playing well. Are they a better team then this?I think so,but right now they aint showing it so yeah not a good team.Congrats Philly u guys played with fire & like it was a battle for 1st in the division while the NYG sleep walked with no fire.A few guys on D played well,Tuck,Osi,Robbins & thats really all. They batted some balls down that fum recovery which was a TD forward lateral MY ****,but what are u gonna say u cant sit there & nit pick it wouldn't have made a difference in this game. Our O,LB,ST,D-Backs all sucked today.
The time has come to worry & if this continues its gonna be a long hard season, but its big blue baby & i'm not giving up i got faith in this team all all i gotta say is they better turn it around before its too late cause after today they put them selves in a horrible postition.

Not likely to happen, not that I don't have faith, it is just that I am not really a betting man. I know the minute that I make a bet, the Eagles will lose, and then you guys will probably give me the worse AV in the world. I would look rather silly with a name of Roy Oswalt and you guys give me an AV of some freaking Cubs player.
