Remember, the Bears are one of the few teams in the NFL who have been able to stop Farve. They gameplanned their entire SEASON around it. They can bring the pressure, make him nervous, bring back the old Farve who throws two or more picks per game...

But it won't matter 'cause AP will probably have 300 yards rushing. Go Vikings, yay.

Lovie and company should be let go at the end of this season. They did a good job, but they're not the right coaching staff for this team anymore. It's time for fresh blood and a new approach.

Hey pjd,

How's it going?
Well for me, I am bummed, the play calling at times against the Eagles was heinous. The D did all they could to keep the BEARS in the game, but just too many 3 and out's. It is not all Jay's fault. I still feel that next year will payoff with a full season under everyone's belt. I think the expectations were too high for this year, so I am thinking that Lovie and the crew should get one more shot. Anyway, kudos to the Vikings and even the Packers. It would be good to have two teams in the playoffs from the North. Some still have hopes of the BEARS saving the season, but I do not think that is very realistic. Keep checking in, I still have to make my fourth quarter predictions, though I have not been that accurate. See Ya!

where are you at now ?

I am really dissapointed, we did not hear a peep out of you after the LOSS to Pittsburg. DONT BE A seahawk fan!CrazyScared Like I have said before, I am not afraid of being wrong, but don't just show up when I am. And by the way I am 6-4. If the Packers beat TB and the BEARS beat AZ, it will go to 8-4. Not Bad.
Here are my picks for the 3rd Qtr

Vikings - Home - Detroit = win
          Home - Seattle = Win
          Home - Chicago = Win
          Away - Arizona = Loss

Packers - Home - Dallas = Loss
Home - San Francisco = Win
          Away - Detroit = Win
          Home - Baltimore = Loss

BEARS   - Away - San Fransisco = Win
          Home - Philadephia = Win
          Away - Minnesota = Loss
Home - St. Louis = Win

Standings after 3rd Qtr

Vikings 10-2
BEARS 8-4
Packers 7-5
Lions BUMMER

Hey pjd,

There is a whole lot more involved I think than just Jay, I was not able to watch the 9er, game but I know they put alot of pressure on Jay. I think that even Joe Montana would make alot of mistakes with this O-line. Don't get me wrong Joe was great, but he had all day to throw the ball. I am not too concerned just yet. Next year with a whole season in Chicago and maybe a little less hoopla from the media and the fans and he will be alright he does have the arm and the talent. Maybe some other changes in the coaching staff? The other thing is Matt having a bummer season so far, also partially the responsibility of the O-line. There is alot of work to be done yet!
Hey just a note, I know they are not up to par this year, but you better hope the Vikes don't look past Seattle. As much as I dislike the team, they do have alot of talent and are capable of beating anybody. LaterSuper Happy

I check every few days,, and I'm not pickin on you,,,I just thought those 5 INTs by Cutler were very costly and surprising from a guy that was going to take the bears to the next level,,I lived in Illinois, close to chicago, for many, many years,my brother is a bears fan,,I've seen the parade of QBs that the bears have brought in year after year that was supposed to do the same thing,,Cutler looks to be just another one

Still thinking the Vikes won't take the Division??  Hope you aren't a betting man.  Right now the Lions are more intimidating then Bears or Packers.

Apparently you are not keeping up with my posts JB. I have already given the division to the Vikings.

pjd, you have been pretty active here lately for someone who does not come to this site often.Surprised

I think I have been pretty humble, so pick on me all you want, that is what these boards are for.Super Happy
