The only player that I can say stayed with a bad team until it was to late was Barry Sanders. That guy stayed with the Lions for his career until he said F it. That type of loyalty to one team is very rare. I hope that Ware does not get the F U from the cowboys and gets tagged at the end of the year. No good has ever come from a team saying F U were tagging you. There is no other way for a player to read into the move other than F U your ours.

I'd love to see him stay but won't blame him if he goes. The Cowboys in their infinite wisdom dismantled the line that allowed D Ware to be all he could be and O coordinators know it.By having strength accross the front line in the past, other teams were not able to double up on Ware....now they can. His numbers are tanking, providing JJ the argument that they are not going to give up the bucks to re-sign D Ware long term because his performance has been down. JJ was instrumental in letting Canty and Ellis go and they are the added pressure that allowed Ware to be so awesome last yr. He is great but cannot do it all on his ow and I see him parting with Dallas because our Owner/GM is an **** who won't do DeMarcus the justice with a big time contract that he deserves. I hate it but JJ has shown it all before and I think will do so again.

He has played his azz off and may one day be called one of the greats at his position. He has seen what the owner is all about. He has seen a good coach rebuild in Parcells. Then he has seen the wonders of Wade. Do you think he will consider leaving to a team and owner that cares about winning or hell at least being competitive. I mean as a player free agency does not come along very often. Add to the fact that Ware for the most part is in his prime and has been healthy for his career. I'd like to think that as a fan the guy will stay with the team that helped him develop.
