LostMarcus just wants the money and is not concerned about being a QB; he comes into camp every year looking like a DL rather than a QB. That is self-discipline. Did Jerry Rice work out each off-season and come into camp in peak shape because he had a good coach? Think not. This whole organization needs to be cut and start over starting with the owner. hehehe

JMarc is a QB but he is NOT the team. He does not have any help! He has not even had a coach since he been in the NFL. How is the QB suppose to develop without a coach and win without receivers? You ppl are NUTS! He can't do it by himself. When the Raiders get a coach and some receivers and a defense feel free to talk as much as you like but until then cut that guy until then STHU!

I just wanted to post back just how wrong I was about my summary. It's worst than I even gave credit for. Cable is the worst play caller, followed by Russell how wouldn't even play for a JV team, and we as fans are totally embarassed....Commitment to Excellence...Take that logo off of your site..What a joke.

I'm so sick of John 3:16, anyway i'm sure JR is a huge bust, he'll have an occational huge game, he's got that big arm. But adulthood is going to be to much for him. he'll be a career avg QB prolly never make the playoffs. he'll be hot and cold, always showing promise, never living up to the hype. I'll continue to cheer my raiders on, pull for the players I like. But Something about JR I don't like in him personelly. I wished we would have passed on him. I didn't like Brady either as a player, I'd rather have drafted one of the 2 top Oline guys. or a killer middle linebacker like rey manaluga.
HOW IN THE WORLD COULD YOU BE SICK OF JOHN 3:16? WHAT HARM AND DAMAGE DID JOHN 3:16 CAUSE YOU? IT IS YOUR CHOICE TO LOOK AT JOHN 3:16 OR NOT.
