I love how people always equate a first half win from there starters into a game win. Most games are won in the 2nd half especially when there facing teams that run the ball. Yes your starters may have played a better half but that doesn't take into account the wear on a defense for a entire game or the fact that one team received the kickoff and due to this controlled the time of possession battle. There's a reason they say you have to play all 60 minutes. 30 minutes don't win a game. None of the second half adjustments are seen and that's where the true battle is won.
