Fox - A Philadelphia man who says he was shot by NFL receiver Marvin Harrison last year remains in critical condition after being shot again. Dwight Dixon was found shot multiple times in the city’s Fairmount section late Tuesday morning. A spokesman at Hahnemann University Hospital said Dixon, 33, remained in critical condition Wednesday. Police have not made an arrest in the case. Dixon, who sued Harrison after his criminal case was dismissed, was shot seven times while sitting in a parked rental car, the New York Daily News reported. He was shot in the arm, chest and stomach. The Philadelphia Daily News reported that Dixon was found leaning against the car after the incident. Dixon reportedly told police that arrived on the scene that he believed Harrison had hired someone to shoot him because of the prior dispute. Authorities are investigating whether Harrison is linked, a police source told the New York Daily News.
Why would the police look into whether Harrison is involved? Why waste their time? After all, Harrison played under Tony Dungy, who was anointed by God Himself to be His prophet here on Earth. No player of His Holiness St. Anthony’s would ever be involved in wrongdoing, would he? Look at what happened the last time this poor Dwight Dixon got lead in his ass. He was in an argument with Marvin Harrison outside Marvin Harrison’s nightclub. He got shot at with a gun that was registered to Marvin Harrison. Marvin Harrison went to a car wash owned by Marvin Harrison where he told police he knew nothing about any gun. Then the cops looked in a nearby trash can and found that very same gun owned by Marvin Harrison. And after months of investigation it was determined that Dixon had been shot by… someone other than Marvin Harrison. So why even bother investigating Harrison this time? Why not go looking for the one-armed man or a gunman on the grassy knoll or blame it on a boating accident?
Or better yet. Based on what we know about the Colts, someone might want to get statements, fingerprints and DNA from Reggie Wayne and Anthony Gonzalez.Just amazing what the Colts produce, Spygate was nothing compared to this.
