Dubious that any of us Colts fans expected we'd be 9 and 0 at this point in the season.
And, no one could have anticipated the Pats - Colts game to unfold as it did. There's always a playoff atmosphere when we play the Pats, most especially this season. While we won last yr's game Cassel was the Pats QB, this year Brady's back.... The final 14 minutes were just electric at LOS. And who could have scripted a score of Pats 34- Colts 28, 2:08 remaining, Pats had no timeouts, 4th and 2 at their own 28 yd line. Conventional thinking would be to punt but BB went for it, Faulk caught the pass but bobbled the ball which netted 1 yd instead of the 2 yds needed. No replay available since the Pats had no to's and it wasn't under 2 minutes (seconds away). Peyton, Wayne, Addai and the O still had to cover 28 yds and score a TD and pt after for the W. Pats D couldn't stop the Colts - 35-34 Colts ahead. No timeouts left the Pats not enough time to score again. Colts win 35-34! The most amazing game I've ever attended.
Colts are well on the way to winning the AFC South. Next up at Baltimore and we know how their fans love to see the Indy Colts - lol!
