look; just because we had so many injuries and game-changing penalties doesn't mean we're gonna be a bad team for the next few years. i may be wrong, but we still got plenty of impact players at most positions. i agree that we should get some more good players via the draft, but every team aims for that anyways :P
i have confidence that the seahawks can recover next season

1) New coaches. Mora's the heir apparent, but then look at how his secondary has done this year. Marshall has to go. With the loss of Zorn we do need some more imaginative offensive schemes as well. I say let Mora pick a clean slate and hold everyone this year (including himself) acccountable for this years woes.
2) At least 4 to 5 impact players via the draft this year. Not quite sure why we traded a pick for Colbert, our current receivers are bad enough. By impact players I mean players who can start right away and contribute in the NFL. The only rookie who has impressed me from this years draft is Carlson. My position at last years draft was that we had our choice of ANY available WR or Safety before we traded our pick to the Cowboys. So much for spilt milk, but we need players who can contribute sooner than later. We need a replacement for Hasselbeck. But then Farve, Hasselbeck and Brady were all 6th round picks. Let''s finally let Wallace be the WR/KR/RB he is and stop trying to make him out to be something he will never be (a quality NFL starting QB).
3) A little luck. Beign healthy and in shape for the whole season. All of these injuries makes me wonder about the overall strength and conditoning training.
4) Cut or trade malcontents and underperformers. Hey at 2 and 14 what have we got to loose? We do seem to win those exhibition games though.
