dont know about NEXT year but:
keep a hand full of the younger vets... Fargas&Nnamdi mainly.
all the top rookies T. Scott for example.( J. Russell if still wanna call him a rookie)
and blow the roster/coaching staff/ managment up!!!
then reinstill the Raider mentallity back into this team, add a more modern playbook, and a H.C. with Complete control over the team.
2-3 yrs later, the Raiders will again be a team to contend with.
just a frustrated fan's opinion

Hey Mink I am gald your leaving the Nation. I have been a fan for 30 years and I have been thru the great and now the bad of it. One thing we can say that most other fans cant is we have 3 Super Bowl rings. A lot of teams have zero. i would take a few losing seasons over no Super Bowls rings at all any day.
