Highlife31 Posts: 16	:mad: you can't get rid of herm yet... he's one of the more expeirienced coaches in the league, we've started on this path with a newer younger team. If we fire him now and hire a new coach it will be another couple years of losing while he's trying to put in his system.. stick with herm at least 2 more seasons personal opinion

I KNEW THAT WE WOULD HAVE A BAD SEASON BUT I DIDNT THINK IT WAS THIS BAD,I MEAN WE HAVE A COACH THAT JUST STANDS THERE AND DONT DO ANYTHING SAME FACIAL EXPRESSION ALL THE TIME, WE SO NEED TO GET A COACH AND A GENERAL MANAGER THAT IS GOING TO BE BEHIND THIS TEAM, I WAS JUST TELLING MY DAD TODAY THAT I WANT MARTY BACK AT LEAST WITH HIM WE HAD SOME AWESOME SEASONS. BUT WE TRADE SOME OF OUR BEST PLAYERS TO DIFFERENT TEAMS, BUT WE DO HAVE SOME ROOKIES THAT CAN PLAY THE GAME, AS A BIG TIME FOOTBALL FAN OF 20YRS I AM STILL GOING TO BE BEHIND THE BOYS, BUT IT IS TIME FOR A NEW COACH AND GENERAL MANAGER!!!!!!!!

Bigdogg50522 Posts: 27	There were a few bright spots a decent effort on offense, but a loss just the same. And I watch on the sidelines and I see a coach who shows no emotion what so ever. What this team needs is a coach who light a fire under their arse.
