Mark S. on ESPN said Denver doesn't have a starting player on the defense. IF Cutler wants out send him not worth the trouble, but it is a big mistake by a Head Coach who has proved nothing.

Get ready for a long season. Cutler is as good as gone, he has made it clear he doesn't want to be there, and Bowlen and McDaniels have said they will now seek a trade for him. I really dont blame Cutler, although he's barely a .500 winner, when the Broncos feeble D allows less than 21 points, he is 13-1. With McDaniels switching defenses to a 3-4, it will take at least 2 seasons to even get the right personnel in place. And on top of that, McDaniels is putting in a whole new offense, and thats at least a 1 season setback. I think McDaniels will be the end of teams being enamored with Belichek assistants. None of them have really done anything. Mangini is the only one who has even been above .500. If I was Cutler, I would do anything I had to, to bail out of there. You guys are heading for last place next season.
