What do the Bucs need to be a legitimate contender in 2009?

 It just makes me sick how they dealt D. Brooks as if he was nothing. I lowered my banner to half-mast until they do the right thing and resign him. He's a buc! Let him finish as one!

Well one good start no Gruden!!!! Second Kiffin's give the game defense is gone!!!

Need Coach whos game plan revolves around what talent he has not on a dream, need players to step up stay out of the clubs stay in shape and focus on playing on the feild not on the night life, keep a fresh rotating changing defense and make Clayton earn his money.
Draft a RB, QB,and LB of the future, WR wouldnt hurt.
Been a suffering fan since "76 and I'm really tired of losing bout time we really DOMINATE!

Come on folks we need a QB badly. McNown, Josh Johnson, Brian Griese, Jeff Garcia? Not a quality QB in the bunch! Cutler now that sounded good, why not go after McNabb if he becomes available. We need to score TDs not FGs. Gruden and Allen scouted talent as well as Jerry Jones all flash and home for the playoffs! Maybe Tony Dungy would be available as a consultant al la Parcells in Miami. Now there`s a thought.

check it out the bucs dont look so bad right now we got some good free agents.think possitive cant be any worse than gruden.garcias always a big baby always gettin hurt its called age to slow to get away from pressure.luke is young strong never given the respect he deserves, give him a chance he has an arm like elway just needs to be fine tuned.caddy,s down and grham is hurt but the 1000 yard rusher we just signed from the giants is one bad ass runner, and should be a great one two punch.offensive line is the least of our worries first year together was last year.grudens offensive play calling sucked.the line will be much better this year.as for recievers we got bryant, claton, winslow, dexter jackson,6 ft 5 anthony mix,and the speedster kelly from the arena league.i think were going to see some nice kick returns and punt returns this year.defense is still strong maybe we can play a full season this time you guys were a real let down.speacail teams is picking up alot of talent.im a die hard bucs fan maybe this is just what we need to get fire back in to this team.maybe you can play with a little heart and pride.i think we can make the play offs.now lets pull it together and get our heads out of our ass'es and play some hard nose football.

I'll tell you what the problem is TODAY!!! Ya'll keep trying to steal our Saints players. Tell your new moron coach to get a little creative, and try to bring in some talent that he actuallly has a shot of bringing in. Vilma explicitly made it a point to let it be known he has no interest in working on a 3/4 ever again. Saints will dominate this year, and the BUCS will be at the cellar for years to come.

Nothing short of bribing officials and the teams they'll play

Right now there is no quick fix for the Bucs...Fire and hire all they want, don't look for us in the post season anytime soon.

Either way, I'm still a Bucs fan.
