That sealed the game, one foot and alot of momentum would have saved the day. What was Gruden thinking when he punted it away. Ten minutes to play? Plenty of time. We gave our regular guys a break to lose. I was floored. I have said over and over again, keep your eyes on the ball, grab it, fight for it, intercept it, but never, never let it out of your sight. A quarterback sneak would have gotten that one little foot and maybe we could have scored and lead. We should have won that game, and should have but Gruden is making bad moves when it comes down to it. We are really going to have a hard time next week. Keep out main players out there and let them take a few licks. Get the front four a workout and keep them on their toes. Bruises don't mean looses. Bruises mean we mean business and we will go home lick our wounds and come back next week with more feeling for what it takes to make it to the superbowl. I don't think we will but I think we have to believe we will. This game was just a shame Gruden. Our back ups are just that, not starters and not who we expect in a game that we expect to win without a problem. :mad: When you have talent out there and heart sitting on the sidelines you give your team no reason to hope for a superbowl ring. The Pats, Cowboys and all the great teams this year needed to fear us and what did we do? We made them believe we are disorganized, worthless, and unfocused. I really want to be on the sidelines with you and slap you when you make a stupid call like you did with that play on third down. McCown is good but Gradkowski should have been put in atleast the second half to see if he could make a difference with the team. Keeping our main players safe and healthy is good but not when we look like idiots out there.:confused: I want our players to play for the great money they make, if they get hurt then call in the reserves, but really make your main players play to keep them focused and upbeat. Our great quaterback Garcia can take a hit and get up and keep playing, Jeff Garcia is the best we have and can take it. Our front four can protect him and even if he gets sacked he can take it and is willing to get up and keep going strong. Why pay the big money to these guys and not play them till they can't play, then we know why we lose, and that still doesn't mean we would lose. We sure better play better next week and show them we know what we are doing or Gruden I will wear a paper bag on my head with your name on it. I know we are better than this. Don't you? Monti knows we have it in us. I hate to see us lose the chance at another superbowl because you can't see the talent and make the hard choices you need to make each week. I can cuss with the best of them, and i am a woman who knows football. I can use the "F" word as every other word just like you and let me tell you, I was using it often this game when you made those bad choices. I hate it when I know we can do better. The Panthers are awful and we couldn't beat them with a wet towel in the shower. I can't wait to hear your excuses today. How sad for us fans.:rolleyes:
