I do not understand the salary cap. to punish any team when a player goes bad does,wrong Etc. If a player goes off the deep end and dose wrong then the team should not be punished. What i feel needs to happen is the players do not get paid till they do stuff. To me thats the problem the NFL has caused all this pay before you play. you should pay after a play or score ,pay extra money on what they do then pay a bonus. Falcons cant gt the money from Vick so the NFL punishes the Falcons because they cant get the money from vick ? what since dose this make?
