What Happened to KGB?

Personally, I like to go back to the beginning of the NFL to count what team is the most successful. And if you tell me the old days don't count...well with that logic the only thing that would matter is the current champ. You either count everything or nothing.

Most Championships:
#1: Green Bay Packers: 12 Championships
#2: Chicago Bears: 9
#3 NY Giants: 7
#4 Pittsburgh Steelers: 6
#5 San Francisco 49ers & Dallas Cowboys: 5

By this gold standard, the Packers are the greatest team in the history of the NFL - Never mind doing it in the godforsaken frozen tundra and a town of 60,000 (that you would think no player would ever want to play) - compared with their rivals from the big cities.

Yes they cut KGB. Same problem they have with Hawk. Mike the Pillsbury Doughboy wants all his players to beef up like him (Can't he find a cap that fits him, the one he usually wears fits his ear perfect). They beefed up Hawk and KGB and they wonder why they lost their speed. Taking a good end and making him a line backer may be okay but where are they going to find the other three? Well it looks like Rogers will need the same help that Favre wanted with receivers and offensive linemen. TT true to his form will pick "the best player available"! Could that mean another quarterback.

Phil you always like to go back just far enough were the bears were good, Packer fans like to go back to when the Packers were good, we just dont have to go a far back as you. The bears where better in the 70s and 80s but the packers were better in the 60s 90s and this decade.

By the way your both wrong. Jim Mcmahon won two superbowls. One with the Bears and one with the Packers. He was a back-up to Favre.

You want to honestly compare ANY QB you had in Chicago with Brett Favre? Between the pollution in Illinois, the corrupt government and the cold, I think you've lost it.

If you want to compare records, go back to when Brett joined the Pack. Since then:

GB has won 7 Division Titles
Chicago has won 3

GB has gone 1-1 in Super Bowls
Chicago 0-1

GB has gone to 4 NFC championship games and gone 2-2
Chicago has gone to 1 and went 1-0

GB has won 179 games
Chicago has won 115 games

Any more moronic comments from the crappy city?

The Packers D-line is not looking very good and it made me wonder what happened with KGB. The NFL website has him listed as "cut". Can someone help me out with more info.?
