WHAT WOMAN WOULD RALLY WANT A COWBOY ANYWAY?

MAYBE A GOAT HERDERS WIFE, BUT NOT A REAL WOMAN!

You guys are all mildly retarded on here. "My baby cousin's daddy told me he saw 4 people wearing Steeler jerseys at the mall in miami last week. So it proves that we have a steeler nation."
Football is by far the biggest sport in the nation. I live in virginia and see EVERY jersey... more redskins but demographically speaking.... including san fran, oakland, and arizona. The only jersey I saw for the first time last year is jacksonville who somehow remains the most unpopular team.
All these "I heards" or "someone told me" are all asinine to even bring up in a debate. You have to live by facts and not hearsay.
I am ashamed of you "making up stats" steeler fans as a steeler fan.
But the majority of women are steeler fans. Jean bee was right about 1 thing.

SFindenver]Hi all. I was sitting here reading all your messages. well i will have to say.

I live in Denver now. and the town of BLACK AND GOLD IS HOME. and always will. there is no place like it. i travel for a living and i am a die hard steelers fan. i have been in about 20 different states and NM has about 5 steelers bars that i have been in huge fans down there. thanks guys.

there are 3 or 4 great steelers bars in dallas. alot of black and gold there, then in oakland of all places. there are steelers bars.

then there is Denver. well CB POTTS in westminster is the best. we had a rally party there this past season and it was filled with fans from all across the country. steeler nation is represented there big time. and pitchers in aurora, now that is only a few states.

but sorry guys the STEELERS NATION HAS IT GOING ON. WE GOT PROTESTED IN SEATTLE AT A HOOTERS FOR HANGING A YOUR IN STEELER COUNTRY IN THAT CITY. YOU KNOW THE ONE WE BEAT IN THE SUPER BOWL.

AND THEY STILL CRY ABOUT IT. I SAY GET OVER IT. ALREADY.

[hl=yellow]STEELERS FANS ARE EVERYWHERE. JUST WATCH ESPN. THEY SAY IT ALL [/hl] THE TIME.

And a very BIG Black and Gold Amen to that! There are fans all across the country of other teams....around the world for that matter. But Steeler fans aren't to be outdone when it comes to making an impression year wrote:

hellawicked]Jealousy is not a word I like to use. It sounds too smug, I just like to say it how it is, people are just sick of seeing the Pats win, that's where most of the hatred comes from. The spy gate thing just gave you guys some more ammo. Case in point: last season, before the spy gate stuff, fans were still all over this team with hate. It really is that black and white, you can choose to deny it but it is true.
The same can be said for the Cowboys last dynasty, the Yankees, and now to a lessor extent, the Red Sox.

If it was all about high morals than most people would be hating on the Steelers right know since they seem to be harboring women beaters. Jean [hl=yellow]if I wanted to play your game I could say wrote:

Jean [hl=yellow]if I wanted to play your game I could say; "Your team and fans suck because the Steel Curtain was made up of steriod users" or "How dare you cheer for a team that highers wife beaters" or "That last Super Bowl you guys won was a joke, the Refs robbed the SeaHawks" But I don't do that Bee, because I don't give a shit.[/hl]Anyways, I'm bored with this back and forth. Spank you next season. Keep up the trash talk it's good, but hopefully by next season you will learn that stereotyping people is never a good thing.

Printing it in a post is as good as "saying it". You got it out, backdoor style I guess you could say. The Steelers organization didn't know up front about these players who've been charged.....BUT, the pats knew fully well about Mr. Moss' past, and "highered" him anyway. Believe me, if the Steelers don't get rid of those players who've been convicted of these charges, which I think they will, this gal will cheer for ONLY those players who haven't a record. I'll give you this much, "I" am not the only one who is stereotyping people. I've had to listen to pats fans call all Pittsburgh Steeler fans trailer trash, etc. Nothing to do with football, but don't criticize me calling pats fans rich, latte drinking people...I know most n.e. people aren't that way. But all of the pats fans I've met in person, and most of those on the internet, started out on me about being a "blue"collared, beer drinking, terrible towel crying Steeler fan. I took it, now I dish it out when necessary. I'm a solid fan, and I can take it. See you after the draft...looks like your pats have found a way again to squeek past their Penalty. Drafting in the first round....what a joke. At least there is some honesty in the Rooney organization. You can degrade them all you want, but most of this country knows them for the high standards they set around the nfl. Call them cheap once again, could care less. Their organization has set those standards and done their best to keep it that way. They pulled the hammer on Bens' cycling, and I know they'll hammer down on the abusers. THEY won't try to "stand by their man" at ANY cost. Just to keep the player. If they don't, then I will be the first to admit my total disappointment. I don't see that happening any day soon.
By the way, I thought you'd like to hear this story. I was at a local ice cream place in our neighborhood. During that visit I saw a HUGE,VERY sad sight. There was a homeless man with a big white beard sitting in a booth. He was having coffee. People were slipping him money before he left as nightime was setting in. I watched as he crossed a buy 4 lane with a wheeled cart, and his paper bag of stuff. He was very unkempt....and wearing a filthy, dirty pats coat with a rip in it. It was the new logo jacket. Take heart, I felt really bad for him, and for the rest of the people in this country who are struggling to make ends meet. So, I guess you could say there ARE more important things than winning and losing in football.
