I think domes should be banned honestly. They take a game that is supposed to be played reguardless of weather conditions and shelter it from the elements. I made it to a browns game in December of last year, and i loved sitting out in the cold and snow watching football. everybody did. thats how its supposed to be. minnesota, detroit, st louis... they are all vaginas, and i hate the fact that the superbowl is played in a dome or warm weather every year because watching a pittsburgh cleveland or chicago superbowl would be epic in the snow and ice. remember how cool that new england game was a few years back when it snowed and they had to battle the other team as well as the weather? what about that fog game in chicago? the ice bowl in green bay? natural grass and no roof is how football is played, otherwise its just the arena league. if cleveland had a dome, i would rather watch the game on TV than go to the stadium. that would just suck.

haha suppose they should play inside, wear prettier colors and wear them big inflatable sumo guy suits so nobody gets hurt too?
cmon man its football not backgammon or parcheesy... even tho they seem to have come to grips with most of the injuries due to indoor/turf fields, it's still just too dam sanitary to be a real game...
give me a field so wet an rainy that the punts just stick into the turf like a lawn dart any day. Hell mutha nature an her fog, blizzards and heat waves make both teams have to try that much harder to get the job done.
Or an look at green bay vs minnesota... think them purple pukes stopped being semi awesome about the same time their momma made em come in an play.
Green bay still plays outside like real men, and bet you couldnt give 'em a dumb arsed silver plated dome even if obama gave it to em like some kinda bizarro stimulus package gone bad!

A dome in every nfl city? Are you @#%%^%#^in kiddin me? Can you imagine the Dawg pound in a dome stadium? How bout the effin steelers in a dome? or the packers? gimme a break. Take your panzy azzz back to your momma's house and watch some golden girls reruns you sissy. Your a diehard fan as long as you are INSIDE and PROTECTED from the elements.....the very essence of what makes the game what it is. No team needs a "diehard" fan like you.

Not only that but the sb should be played in a different stadium every year, regardless of the weather. Putting the sb in domes or warm weather stadiums every year is bullshit. Play the game like it's played all season long.

You, my friend, need to take your panzy az back to da swamp and take your crappy superdome with you! Are you kidding me! You do know football started here in northeast Ohio (see: hall of fame) right? Do you know of any domes in Ohio? Me either. This is do to TRADITION. A thing that is lacking in places like NaLeens and Houston. HOUSTON! Are you kidding me!?! I lived there for 2 years and that is the last place that needs a dome! 50 degrees in the winter and a couple hot games at the beginning of the season? Gimmie a break! I will tell you what, it is tough in C-town in december. But this weeds out the fairweather fans (literally) from the true fans that will brave the cold and snow. Also known as die-hards. You know the type of fans that will be at the last couple games of a 2-win season with bags on their heads that say AINT'S on them. Or fans like myself and my brother that went to the game at Browns stadium a couple years ago, in december, we had 3 wins, the Chargers had 12 or 13 and it was fking 8 degrees out! We went out in this blizzard and scalped some dog pound seats anyway! I think the wind chill made it like -12. It was bad. My feet, hands and nose were frozen AND on top of it freakin LT ran for 3 TDs and caught another all in the second half (when the booze is cut off!) All this and it wasnt even a spoiler game! But possibly Shottenheimers last trip to Cleveland Browns Stadium. This is what die-hards do: go to an open air stadium in sub-zero temps drink some beers and bark at people. All while rooting for your team that has little or no chance of winning. So go to your dome, while its 50 degrees out in december, drink your strawberry daquiris and wear your Aints bags. I will take the outdoors anyday.

The NFL should require every team to have a dome! I won't pay good money to sit in those conditions. Moreover, I won't want my family outside in those elements. I mean you call that fun? Its hard enough watching them lose, but, to do such in such a poor enviroment and to pay for it, is a joke
