Rckdrummer]Lets hope not. He still is a good qb even though he is 37. The Browns better get him because they need an experienced veteran qb to help Frye and Anderson develop. He seems old but hasnt shown any signs of slowing down. Even after his concussion, he played pretty good.

The problem here is that KC is asking for a second round pick in return (at least that's what they were asking from Miami). That's, without a doubt, the WRONG price to pay for a 37-year old. Cleveland would be stupid to part ways with a second round pick to acquire a guy who will only help for no more, in all likelihood, than 4 wrote:

I just read that the Browns are looking into acquiring Trent Green from the Chiefs. Is this going to be another case of an old QB coming to die in Cleveland? :(

I dont think they can. Ross and the kid from Michigan are projected to go in the first round. The Browns need the best available cb and i think their best option is to get a decent player or a pick to move down in the draft.

Rckdrummer]Forget about Russel, Quinn, and Peterson. I think the Browns will trade down to the 10 or 15 spot. They might do this because they need a good cornerback. Mccutchen left, Baxter is still hurt and the best corners aren't projected to be selected until the 15th pick. This way, the Browns can still get what they really need and get something out of it. They need a good corner more than a running back or quarterback (maybe).

They could still keep the 3rd overall pick and still steal someone in the second round (I'm sure they have a second round pick). Maybe Aaron Ross of Texas or Darrelle Revis or Pittsburgh might fall to the second round. Ya neve wrote:

I have no clue! If people can't take the teasing then don't post on here. I'm surprised I haven't banned yet from all smack I've talked on the college threads.
