Think the dumbest franchise belongs to the Raiders.  Death warmed over owner on a good day, a QB that has more skills as a DL than QB, a rookie WR that has caught 2 passes in 5 games, no running game, and a coach tht called 11 pass plays in the whole game after being down 28-0 in the first quarter and most likely will be jailed for attacking a coach.  Now, that is a dumb franchise.  Cincy is 2nd at best and possibly 3rd after the Browns.  hehehe

He actually had both charges dropped, even though he probably did it. I'd still say the Raiders and Rams are the dumbest franchises. Bengals probably waited 1 season too long to get a better coach. Mike Brown almost never fires a coach, he doesn't want to have to finish paying a contract when the coach is no longer around. That might make them the cheapest franchise. ( honorable mention to the Bears in that category )

The Bengals have clearly not learned their lesson and have sign Mr DUI cedric benson. how many felons is Cincinnati going to have play for them, he cant even play and hes had a DUI on land and sea
