I think sportcasters have to have something to say about everybody. NFL players are kings for the day when they play well and in the dog house the next game when they don't. Many sportscasters, being former players, often seem to have forgotten what they went through on the field. They make comments that are sometimes perceived as indicating that they are now better than the NFL players that are currently still playing the game.

Perhaps the lofty positions of the broadcast booths have made them so dizzy that they have forgotten, and they revel in the ivory tower that they now sit in from week to week. I think that's a sad state of affairs.

I have to say I am very disappointed in all of the Sports Casters comments about the Baltimore Ravens. Thye rarely get any positive feedback, instead it is always, well they've done pretty good so far, but they need to prove themselves when they play this team or that that one, Ray or Jamal should be in jail, they got lucky this game. If they put half of the NFL players on every team in jail, we'd have no NFL. Stop head bashing the Ravens and give them credit for the excellent performance they have displayed this year.
They've come a long way and as far as Im concerned they've proven themselves over and over again this year.
