I am going to have to agree with the majority on this subject. The Jets have good receivers. The early games was a matter of timing and getting used to playing with each other. A new QB trying to learn the play book, and many other new players doing the same. Only most have had more time and not in the key position. AS time has progressed this team has really turned a corner and now the entire NFL is taking a good look at them. If the Jets dominate in the Thursday game against the Patriots it will be their conference. If they knock the Titans down then they will be the new contenders on the block along with the Giants. IF, they do it. The only thing that stands between them and victory is not making mistakes. The Titans arent making them. The Patriots have been doing the same as the Jets, coming together. Neither will be push overs.

Go Jets!! :D

Hold on a second...I like Farve as much as the next guy and if I'm picking active quarterbacks for my team - he would be on the list...BUT he has dropped a notch too...our receivers are more than adequate and are veterans by any standard. Brett has a little trouble with accuracy, his passing distance is dropping off and he leads the league in interceptions! Timing is also an issue, he is not going to be this year what he was the last 10...everyone drops a ball or two but to Farves credit - he still intimidates a defense with his reputation, he can lead a team and he brings a winning confidence that for the most part the Jets are still missing

[hl=green][/hl] Jets have OUTSTANDING receivers.
They will show what they are truly capable of as the weeks continue on
We didn't have the QB of Favres' quality to show what our wr's are capable of.
We had glimps here and there in the past with past QBs and wideouts.
But now its different and the league will see what the difference with Favre on the team looks like. Though this would most likely be a 1 year stint with the Jets with Favre (maybe 2 yrs) but it sure is fun to watch.Our backups will be that much better prepared after the legend is gone. I personally prefer Bret Ratliff.
This kid plays like a veteran....he could be our gem... like other teams who discovered thiers....like Brady,Warner,Montana,Unitas,etc....QBs which were no where near 1st rounders.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO JETS!!!

I think Laveraneus Coles, Jerricho Cotchery, and Chansi Stuckey are pretty good. Favre is just getting comfortable with where there are supposed to be on any given play. They have 10 TDs between the 3 receivers. Favre will also get more comfortable with the Tight Ends.

The receiving corp is fine. The Jets have to get the running game established to control the clock. Once they do that, they will be awesome. I think after Brett put up the six TDs, the other defenses will have to focus more on stopping the passing.:D :D

The jet should have lost no games. The receivers are incapable of holding on to the ball and runnig good pattern/ Brett seems to play at level above the other player. They desperatly need 2 good receivers.
