How about those 1st place Jets? Wonder what the odds were on that before the season started? I heard it was the first time they are alone in 1st since 2001. Looks to me like this is their best team since Parcells took them to the AFC title game. They are finding ways to win, not always pretty, but what a pleasant change for Jets fans. I hope Favre plays another season now, it will keep things in a forward progress for the team.

Best free agent signing, or rather trade, was to get Kris Jenkins. Hes a monster, he clogs us the middle better than almost any other defensive tackle, and he can rush the passer some too. Dudes a freak, and has totally turned this defense around. That was a better, and more importent off season aquisition than getting Favre. Id even put it above the Michael Turner signing, mainly bc i love defense. See Jets fans? Be patient. Everyone is always so super critical of the Mangenius. You all got swept away by his first season, and expected emmediate results. It takes a coach 3 to 4 years to totally remake a team in his image. How long has he been there for? Yes now we see where this "process" is leading the team. The media is so critical with him its almost unfair. Cmon Jets fans, tell me you are still unhappy with him as coach
