Tony Romo couldn't. I don't think even Peyton Manning could throw it accurately enough for T.O. to catch it. The guy has hands of stone 25% of the time. I've seen the ball hit him right in the hands at head level and he still dropped it. So far this season he's got 4 drops and only 12 catches.
