Not the SPURS --- looks like Tim Duncan cannot win a RING without David Robinson --- looks like the SPURS have become a team that no longer has the defensive tenacity but (out of necessity) has become offensive oriented.
Are you that unaware of Spurs history. They won two championships without David Robinson, 2005 and 2007.

aafig also got it wrong about the Spurs not being able to play defense.You can't judge a team on one game you've seen.I would say they played pretty good defense against the Mavs last night and that's without Parker & Duncan so you may want to hold back on your comments until each team has established themselves.

You know it's a long season so it's a bit premature to be making bold predictions about any team.Since anything can happen in the coarse of a season such as trades,injuries,etc...I like to reserve any prognostications about who is going to be there in the end.Anyone who makes such bold predictions I realize is just having fun and has a chance of coming true for any team.So lets be real and wait at least until everyone is at the midway point of the season.
