I enjoyed and appreciated Chick when he was still kicking, but my appreciation for him has certainly grown since he passed. Laker fans were so spoiled to have him calling the games.

Sorry to my fellow Laker fans and supporter's. I just had to make sure I was surrounded by true Laker fans. These days you can never be to sure there's alot of hitch hikers out there lookin for a team to jock. But the way you guys qouted from chick was absolutely beautiful. I grew up in Las Vegas, NV listening to Chick Hearn During the early 80's, because his show was broadcasted through a local channel. And he made you feel like you were at the game instead of being at home watching it. He was the best! He kept me off the streets, and in the house ready to tuned in "yah dig". He was a class act all the way. And I still miss hearing that man's voice every time the Lakers play. R.I.P. CHICK HEARNS 4LIFE! P.S. He is Laker basketball. And anybody that has something bad to say about chick can go ahead and suck a d!ck.
I agree with this 100%. There will never be another Chick these other people don't even come close. When I listening to lakers radio I felt I was there I could see myself in the game almost. When it was all said and done I felt all the energy from the game and it was a wonderful experience. I will never forget chick.
